Inspired17
Rarkon, I still have nothing yet either. I suppose that we will have to exercise some patience (hopefully only for a few minutes lol).

hungryjoe
PS: 10 V: 10 BS: 11 WS: S 31S I probably shouldn't be, but I'm super disappointed. I was scoring 13 or 14 on BS and V through all the practice exams. at least it's well distributed. DAMMIT.
Inspired17
smacky, don't worry. I mean this is just ONE exam and, personally, I don't think that it means anything. I understand that you're upset, but we all have obstacles to get through on this crazy course to becoming physicians. I know that I wanted to die when I got waitlisted at Ottawa U this last May (and never got called off of the waitlist). But I got over it eventually and summoned up the courage to try again. I may feel like hell now but things will get better with time
sbrugby
I took the Aug 20 test. I'm currently in 2nd year, so I had never taken organic before.... and I had only started studying like 2 weeks before the test.... I also learned 60% of the physics/chem the night before the MCAT.... So you can imagine how worried I was.... On the day of the test..... I know i screwed up orgo, cuz i never learned it.... So i was quite surprised, and pretty happy: P - 14 V - 10 B - 10 WS - T 34T Really proud of physics/writing, but disappointed in verbal...... no retake!!! but i can't apply to calgary...... but i'm kind of happy about that not having that option. =) GL to everyone else!! Averance
I thought I did so bad, but I still don't regret I still rewrote it on September 8th. Oh well . Aug 20th results P: 14 V: 10 B: 14 W: O 38O :\.
Jochi1543
why not?? . . 10-10 is generally too low for the OOP algorithm...I think even with a 4.0, you need smth like 11-10.

sbrugby
Yeah, I have a 4.0 GPA but I would need like B11 V11 or B12 V10 I think to make the Calgary OOP cutoffs. I considered applying to Calgary this year if I had done better on the MCAT, but I'd love to stay in Ontario, so I'm sort of glad I don't even have the chance to apply. Cat_eyed
33Q PS -11 VR - 9 BS - 13 What do you guys think? I'm happy except for the 9. If applying to mostly western canadian schools, would you re-write? I'm thinking no just because I don't want to go through that ever, ever again!
mrsweasley
I don't want to go through it again either but I think I'll have to! I'm applying in Ontario, re-write? I'm just worried that I'll do worse the 2nd time and then the schools look at your most recent MCAT and then I will be royally effed...
roycer
Awww. All these people rewriting after scoring in the 30's. I'm waiting for my score release on October 10th and will never take it again if I get a 30. I'm hoping to attend school in Manitoba.
