Is anyone still incomplete?

Recommended Posts

Just wondering if anyone is still waiting for their files to be updated online? According to the online system, I'm still missing my transcript and also first semester grades from... my highschool? The transcript was Xpress-posted and I know it arrived because I can see the signature online. Does anyone know why it might be asking for my highschool grades?

Thanks!

I think your transcripts from university should be showing by now ... maybe you should contact the admissions office about that.

I think the high school thing is there because they are using one application system for all admissions - including high school students applying for undergrad, who would be required to submit a high school transcript. I wouldn't worry about that section being incomplete because it's irrelevant in your application. My high school transcript is showing as received because they have it on file from when I applied for undergrad.

Hi drdave. I have not had any data entered in to my "received items" section (ie. no dates at all beside items). I emailed the Admissions & Student Affairs Office and they said that they are not finished data entry yet. Therefore, I wouldn't worry yet.

I don't know why they're asking for your high school grades though. I didn't have to send them since I'm from Quebec & I went to CEGEP (so I had to send that transcript in).

Good luck :)

two of my references and MCAT are still showing as incomplete. I found it pretty hard to believe that 2 of my reference letters had been lost in the mail so I emailed admissions 3 days ago. I got this rather exasperated sounding reply on December 3rd.

"Please be patient as we are still in the process of data entry."

Soo it's pretty annoying seeing as how I'd like to be able to tell my referees right away if they need to write another letter, considering the holidays are coming up the deadline is january 2nd.. bah, it never ends!

So I shouldn't be panicking yet about one of my reference letters being missing? Cause I am starting to feel panicky... when do they decide who gets interviews and how do they decide if they have missing info? I thought interview invites went out around mid-December - at least that's how it was when I applied a couple years ago.

  • 2 weeks later...

I can't check to see if my app is incomplete because I seem to no longer have my pin number...and whenever I hit the "forgot pin?" button, nothing happens...

Anyone else have trouble logging back in? I've searched all my email and can't find my PIN info anywhere. I feel like a total idiot!

The e-mail from Sharon Graham stated that Maritime applicants who were deemed competitive after the initial invites were sent out would be sent interview invitations after the remaining documents are received.

My file status still states that my file is incomplete. But their is a date listed for each item received. All my references have been received, one official transcript has also been received, and supplementary info form has also been received. For my MCAT, only one section has the date received listed. I understand that it should be fine. But, my status still remains incomplete. Am i suppose to follow it up?

The Dal website indicates that our files may still show as incomplete, since only one section of the MCAT has a date beside it. If everything that is required has a date beside it (except the other sections of the MCAT), you are okay.
