capitalcity
I drew a complete blank on this one. Any counterexamples and resolutions, anyone? "The nature of democracy requires that its citizens be dependent upon one another."
Jochi1543
What's your thesis statement, that they are dependent on one another because every person's vote counts, so technically, your fate may depend on your neighbor's vote as much as on your own? As a counterexample, you may consider referring to the electoral college system used for presidential elections in the US, where individual votes no longer matter, so the entire country depends on a small number of state representatives.
