slim
I know a couple of schools (UofT and Ottawa come to mind) require applicants to have 60% or more of their courseload at their year level (300 series for me) however, is changing programs and playing catching up a good enough excuse to bypass this requirement? I could technically meet the 60%+ requirement by overloading courses but then gpa might (will) take a hit. Any advice?
Jewels1986
Could someone tell me where this is on Ottawa's website? I can't find it, and if it is a requirement I'll need to email them - my department doesn't have any 400-level courses, and considers 300-levels as fourth year and 200-levels as third year, which is very awkward for these types of applications. Thanks very much in advance!
cling
I would not worry about it, as it is not on OMSAS. If it were important/true, it would be on there
Jewels1986
Thanks Cling. I emailed them just to check, and they said they don't have any requirements about levels of courses, so if anyone is in a similar situation, don't be concerned about it (at least not for Ottawa).
