So since I did that, Im assuming my app is complete. Same for me, did it 10 seconds after receiving the email. I assume my application is complete. I did that "Additional Information" Form that was sent via email, which I got on November 18th, 2007. Did anyone get something along the same as lines as what uofT sent earlier this month? Guest vert Posted February 2, 2008 Report Share Posted February 2, 2008 i wouldn't worry if you haven't received confirmation that your application package is complete for UWO. i talked to trish ashbury, the UWO dental admissions person, and she checked and informed me that my application was complete. but as i never received anything from them, i'm guessing they don't send anything out (unlike U of T).
