Does anyone know about this school and their reputation?

Also if one attends a Caribbean schools can one get residency placements in canada?

Also does one simply have to take the canadian medical exam before being allowed to practice medicine in Canada? or is it a more complicated (virtually impossible) process?

I needed some help clarifying a question in the Warwick 2nd appliation. The question states:

 

Describe a situation in medicine where ethical or political issues have had a significant impact on what happened.

 

Is this question asking us to describe an event in medicine in which physicians/researchers' oppinions were opposite to that of government and policy makers? i.e. researchers that want to use stem cell research for the development of organs etc. vs. Bush's ruling to discontinue obtaining stem cells from fetal tissue

 

Would it be wrong for me to outline a situatuion in which physicians and researchers made a suggestion in which there were ethical debates...but none the less, the government was in agreement with. i.e. using a preventative approach to treating drug addiction by opening drug injection sites, which the government fully agreed with.
