That actually sounds kinda cool! But then again, I dig birds.

Not exactly what I'd call a bird course, but the Idea of Democracy. It's taught by Dr. Breaugh, who's a really great prof - laid back, very nice, incredibly brilliant. It takes some work, especially if you've never taken a polisci course before (like me), BUT it's very possible to get an A as long as you do your work and show up to class. We usually had about 50 pages of dense readings per week. Marks were broken down into one big 40% presentation (easy!), one big 40% essay (less easy!), and 20% participation marks (sweet!). Be warned, though. He doesn't give A+s.

I had a great time in it.
