The document regarding finances that came with the admission package mentions the non-repayable grant assistance that a student with OSAP may be eligible for.

 

Since there is no guarantee that I will get this grant and I don't know how much money I would get, would it be wrong for me not to declare this as an income from the school year when I'm applying for OSAP?

Don't enter hypothetical income you may or may not receive. Your estimate will automatically be revised based on your grant amount, but for the time being, complete the form assuming you will receive $0 in grants.

 

As for OSAP deadline, I believe you have to submit an application by June 15th (?) in order to qualify for tuition fee deferral until November.
