Leasing a condo

Hey!

 

I was wondering if someone could help me sort out the numbers for the average cost of utilities in Toronto. I am looking at a 2 bedroom condo downtown and the lease doesn't include any of the utilities.

 

Average cost of hydro/month for a 2 bedroom (if we are careful)?

Average cost of heat/gas/month?

 

Any rough estimate would help. Thanks!

This place is about 10 minutes from campus and about$1600 without utilities. I just wanted to see how much to expect to pay for utilities. I guess it varies.
