oop or Ontario medical schools and low gpa?

Most people I hear from with gpa froms 3.5-3.65 only seem to get into medical schools because they are in province students. I'm wondering to students living in Ontario or applying to other to medical schools that are not elegible for in province benefits, how likely is it to get in with 3.5-3.65 gpa? Like for Queens med school for Ontario and Albertan Medical school, if you are an Ontario resident how likely to get in with 3.5-3.65 gpa?

i know that for U of C, there is a 3.6 / 4.0 cutoff for GPA for OOP students
