Mike2008 Posted July 27, 2008 Report Share Posted July 27, 2008 Hello I am a first year resident in surgery and I bought a house around the corner from the med school /general hospital/cheo and I am looking to rent out our basement apartment. I know what most of you are thinking why would I rent a basement? I can assure you there is a lot of light from numberous windows, separate entrance, access to a beautiful back yard with BBQ etc. and it is affordable. The house is a 15 min walk or a 5 min bike ride (my preference). If you are seriously interested I can send you pictures as well as a more detailed brochure.
