Neil45
This semester, I will be taking Biochemistry (with lab), an Upper-level biology course (with lab), second year Psychology course (Biopsychology with no lab), and College Physics (with lab). This totals to 13 credits according to my university. Do most students who get into dental schools take a rigorous course load like 15-18 credits? I'm getting kinda worried since in my first year, I took 14 credits (four courses) per semester. In the beginning of my second year, I had to take 12 credits (four courses) due to family emergency that I had to drop a course, then the following spring semester I took 15 credits (5 courses). How much do dental schools in both America (I'm more interested to apply to American Dental schools than Canadian Dental schools) and Canada take course load into consideration? koft
Depends on the school, if you are not taking full course load per year, they will take that into consideration, potentially penalized you on the overall score and rank you lower. But you better call individual school to find out. ________ Portable Vaporizer
