You have to order via fax number (fax only no online orders) given somewhere in the official CDA site with your credit card number & expiry date. All I said was that I wanted X # of blades and X # of rulers and my mailing address was such and such plus the credit card info. There were like 5 lines on my paper. I got my blades in about a week.
