Late last week, and again just now I tried to go back to the site and submit my application but the page is blank white with an undecipherable code. I go to: http://www.schulich.uwo.ca/dentistry/admissions_yr1.html Then the application form which links me to: http://horizon.ouac.on.ca/western/dentistry It doesn't work.
