ace8
I know this is going to be a total noob question, so i apologize in advance. Do you need a specific type of soap or tools for carving , and where do you get them? Also, I'm guessing that there are books with the design? I dunno, I'm totally confused, if anyone could shed some light on how the whole carving thing works. For the DAT in general, how long would you say it took you to be prepared? Because I'm wondering if I start now, could I be ready by Feb? Any specific books that really helped? Kaplan vs Barrons etc? I dont have any friends wanting to do dentistry so I'm kinda lost with this stuff. Thank you
xylem29
The soaps and carving tools you get from the CDA - it's their DAT prep package. For images the only thing I can think of is the IQ Publications carving guide - which reminds me, I better start on that!
