Electives through ERMEP

I'm wondering if anyone who has done family med electives through the eastern regional med program has any recommendations for locations that give an above average experience. Likewise, if the preceptors in a town are awful, that would be helpful information too. I know Carleton Place has been recommended, but I'm wondering about some of the centres further away from Ottawa.

 

Right now I'm picking where I'd like to go based on proximity to lakes but it seems there may be a better way...
