I don't know why it still says that for me when the OOP interviews already passed. Can OOP potentially get invited later if the applications within Quebec is not satisfactory? I think they only have more invites if the present OOP interviewee pool performed really really bad last weekend. And... well... considering that their applications make it far enough to get themselves interviews, I would believe that they have strong extracurricular backgrounds, which can be translated to having strong interpersonal skills.
