Alastriss
Why were some people asked about their experiences and not others? Even if it is not used to assign the interview grade, the subjectivity of it all creates distortions.

Even if it is not used to assign the interview grade, the subjectivity of it all creates distortions. I have a feeling this was the first year they tried to so formally standardize things, and they may not of gotten it perfect. I am guessing though they did in fact read everyone's sketches. My interviewer just mentioned it in the beginning, probably an attempt to make the situation seem more relaxing. It didn't come up again once the more formal part started.
