Lesleybean
Is having a Mac laptop doable? Does Queen's having any programs that they use in their teaching that won't run well on macs?
dh79
Macs are fine. All notes are either powerpoint or pdf. FYI: If you prefer to study off of printed notes, my advice would be to buy a nice laser printer. I print all my notes black and white, double sided, 4-6 slides per side. If you print them all (like I do) it is a lot of printing, so invest in a decent laser printer.

I do intend to get a good printer, as I absolutely CANNOT read on a computer screen. Just doesn't work for me.
