deathvvv
I have a 3.6 CGPA, 3.85 GPA best 2 years. But my MCAT is 30R (9v 11p 10 . Do I have a shot at being interviewed?
AdamP
right on the cusp, I think you already know that. Might as well apply for the 75 dollars it costs. You know it's the VR:9, i'd re-write in aug/sept. (could also open up western)
eyeopener
Hmm...I'm in a similar dilemma. cGPA and best-2-years GPA are the same (I'm a third year applicant): 3.775. MCAT: 32S (12 9 11) Right on the cusp? Probably not going to get an interview? My personal attributes are above average, I'd say, but I don't think that factors into determining who gets an interview.

eyeopener
Haha, I'm sure there was a better way of saying that. I meant my extracurriculars; although, I would probably serve as a fantastic "Before" picture in modeling ads.

It's this year's applicant pool that will determine the cut-offs. However, I'm sure you checked out last year's cut-offs already? Good luck! guitarded27
Go for it. I'm trying, and I'm probably more borderline than anybody else. My OMSAS GPA (overall) is 3.71 (and my last two years is much much worse), but I do have a 36S MCAT, so I'm praying like mad that I make the GPA cutoff. magiman
Hey everyone, I'm not sure whether I should apply to Queens or not - I'm pretty sure there's a 0% chance of my getting an interview, but I'm wondering if I should just do it for the heck of it (and waste $75). Here are my embarassing stats OMSAS cGPA: 3.3 (2.8,2.9,3.42,3.87) best 2: 3.64 MCAT 9/10/11 T (rewrote and awaiting new results) I've read repeatedly that the best 2 cutoff is 3.78 but I can't find it actually published. I'm applying to Western and am doing a 5th year. I should probably save applying to Queens 'til next year...? its not best two... its the most recent two years. western uses the best two years.
