_mdhopeful09_
So I'm doing premed but was contemplating whether or not I should take biol 200. I don't need to take it but should I? I know it's not one of the prereqs but would stuff from biol 200 be on the MCAT? If anyone has taken the MCAT, what do you think? Is it worth it? Or would I be able to pull off really good grades w/o it? Do you think just first year biology be good enough (like 112, 121, 140) knowledge to excel in the MCAT? djmackj
or you can just get an MCAT prep book
Neisseria
why wouldn't you take Biol 200 if you want to be a premed?

VitaminC
Don't you need to take Biol200 to take Biol201, in order to fill the biochem requirements for UBC?
iwh333
or you can take bioc 300 - 6 credits
Neisseria
you want to study biomedical science, never mind being a doctor, so I think basic molecular/cellular biology may potentially be good stuff to know...
