bubblebath
I should have listened to my MCAT instructor when he said not to make any last minute changes... I didn't realize that the clock was at ~15 seconds, so I tried to re-word a sentence and I didn't have time to finish. I think one of the words ended up being "thparents" which was supposed to be "the parents" haha... I don't even know if the sentence makes sense. I think my essay was pretty good other than that (which is why it's bugging me so much). How much would silly mistakes like this one lower a WS score? plasticookies
Don't worry about it You said the rest of your essay was good, so I'm sure the reader will be able to make sense of it.
changster
Ya don't worry about it. I'm pretty sure that you are allowed a few "honest" mistakes without reducing any score. It's only when you have several (let's say 10+) mechanics/grammar mistakes then you should be worried.
keith_015
Yes, your score should be graded holistically rather than speciifcally
