xylem29
Is it possible, if a school claims that they have not received your scores, to ask the CDA to re-send the scores without paying the fee again?
colos
Never hurts to ask if they will...but it does state somewhere that they are not responsible if the scores are not received.
ssg8
Is it possible, if a school claims that they have not received your scores, to ask the CDA to re-send the scores without paying the fee again? It is. If you contact Fatna (sp.) via email, I'm sure she'll do this for you. I think all emails sent to CDA go to her.
xylem29
Yea, I just sent her an email - this would be much easier if scores were sent electronically.
dentss
hey xylem...i have gotten in the same situation where nyu and boston havent received my scores...its so stressful as itss getting late...so i talked to Fatna and she said that she would mail my scores to the schools and she also emailed me my official score report...now i was wondering if anyone knows whether or not schools will accept official email reports...it would make it much quicker...any suggestions? xylem29
No I don't think they will. Fatna is great isn't she? Same thing happened to me - she re-sent them and also gave me a list of all the schools that my scores were sent to (which normally costs $20, which I already had b/c I paid for it before, but she was under the impression I hadn't - so she theoretically was giving it to me free of charge) - god bless her and dentistry for being so humane! nezura
I've read somewhere on student doctor network that many schools will be willing to accept a preliminary photocopy of unofficial scores or in your case, an email from the CDA before the hard copies are sent in (so the application process can get moving)
