VitaminC Posted August 5, 2009 Report Share Posted August 5, 2009 I think it depends on how you word it, i.e. if you focus on the types of leadership/personal development skills you learned at the conference's workshops, then I would put it under the Leadership section. I might also be inclined to put it under Diversity of Experiences, if at the conference, you learned about global issues and discussed politics with other delegates, for example.
