sky_blue2000
I was wondering can any english course suffice for the english pre-req? I'm taking a 3rd year literature course that is heavily based on essays. It has 2 essays and two exams which are also essays. Would this be good enough to be counted as a pre-requisite? Does the course code start with ENG ? I would guess that it should count...

Contact schools that you are interested in to see whether or not that will suffice. Its better you hear it from them rather than anybody on the forum. Some seem to say any english while some seem hellbent on having a writing specific course.
