spiceandsausageburglar
Prep101 students: as promised here is the link to my notes on the CV system. While you're here, I also want to ask what you liked about the prep course this summer. I've been asked to run Prep101’s MCAT prep course in London Ontario next summer and I want to build on what is working for students. It would be much appreciated if you post your feedback here so both myself and Andy at Head Office can read your comments. Many thanks in advance and good luck with your studies! Eva
Hello, I recently took the MCAT Prep101 class in Edmonton, Alberta. I believe that the class itself was integral to the success that I had with the exam and that I would not have been able to do nearly as well without taking it. I found that the classes were really well structured and that I could easily follow the logic of the lessons. However the Examcrackers books sometimes skip concepts that are tested within their own questions within the chapters and in the practice exams, so its often necessary to research multiple topics on your own. The practice exams are vital for knowing which concepts haven't been covered and the emphasis on the different areas of each subject. Also the answer explanations aren't always clear in the book, but I found that the instructors were always able to clarify any questions that I had. All in all, I would highly recommend this course for preparation for the MCAT and would encourage others to take it.
