Training For A Spot Need Advice

Ok heres the deal...im trainging for football for about a year now..season starts next june...im trying to gain mass and muscle all the while keeping speed...i weigh 185 right now...before i started training i read that your body needs protein 30-40 minutes after you workout...i researched and decided i would go with whey protein over createne, supplements etc.

 

today a guy at my gym saw me and was tellin me to stop talkin it....he gave me alot of reasons and explainations such as damage to your kidney etc...he told me to come on this site and tell them my situation because these people have degrees in this stuff

 

so here it is

GOALS: gain 10lbs of muscle in 5 months while keeping bodyfat at 10%-8%

Currently taking: why protein (50 grams after workout)

eatin 5-6 meals a day

 

any advice/comments/even hate is welcomed
