future_doc
And you cannot 'cram' at the last minute, so just chill, especially the day before, your brain needs a rest so that it cango thru the tiring process the following day.
aKGDH
Yeah cramming for the MCAT doesn't do much...unless maybe running through all the orgo reactions one more time, while drinking a beer I remember studying the lab techniques section in a pub, munching on chicken fingers, half watching baseball (which I not only hate, but find to be excruciatingly boring) and chugging a Heineken. Good times... *goes back to studying q_q*
MrBojangles
along the lines of that...i remember waking up early trying to start/finish a math assignment with the worst hangover ever. something about alcohol and numbers don't mix. unfortunately, i am a crammer and i still have two more practice tests i want to do before the 25th! I have about 4 more practice tests to get through before the 25th, and I can't help but do stuff the day before.

future_doc
I have about 4 more practice tests to get through before the 25th, and I can't help but do stuff the day before. I urge you not to do any practice test the day before, in your own best interests...relax your brain that day, you need to walk in with your brain in optimal condition, not tired out from another practice test. Your mind, your brain is telling you something.....listen......don't push it What do you actually you believe you are going to learn now, just a few days before writing. Relax! Chill, it will do you good, you want to go in there with a good brain ready..................and for sure, do nothin thr day before, don't go near a practice test. numero0121407
oh dear, its finally here!! I can't wait to get it over with although at the same time i get extreme butterflies thinking that its in two days!!! I did all the practice hmwk pasgs for TPR and did about 4 full lengths, none after review though, and very minimal practice for verbal :S I don't know if I'm ready cuz i didn't assess my score after full serious review.. I don't know if I should spend the next two days reviewing or do one test tomorrow morning?

bj89
is it possible to do 1-2 points better in each section on the actual mcat than on the aamc practice exams
shannn
is it possible to do 1-2 points better in each section on the actual mcat than on the aamc practice exams Anything is possible. But more likely if you had a good day and did some great guessing on questions you were unsure about.
bj89
Anything is possible. But more likely if you had a good day and did some great guessing on questions you were unsure about. my guesses are usually pretty good i think, but for the practice aamc tests do they also include the questions that don't count towards your final grade? cuz if not then thats what im hoping for to boost my mark lol
VitaminC
is it possible to do 1-2 points better in each section on the actual mcat than on the aamc practice exams I'm hoping for the same thing! =P Inconsistently got everything from 28-37 so I don't know what to expect anymore.
