neuronix
Hey, So, I have a friend who graduated from York University in Ontario, and their scale is letter grades. Does anyone have experience with how Calgary converts the marks? The reason I ask is because on the website it says an A = 4.0, but it also says that 9 = 4.0. York uses both letter grades for marks, but a 9 point scale for cumulative GPA. Any thoughts?

York uses both letter grades for marks, but a 9 point scale for cumulative GPA. Any thoughts? I also graduated from York, and I had the same kind of question. Because the transcript indicates a letter grade, and the 9-point system is for more of a GPA type thing, the letter grade is what will be looked at, since it is the transcripts that you are sending in. But please, if anyone knows any better, correct me!
