when you say 'with no details', hmm, we give the raw info and they look at it, that's it as I see it. The info under Type of Activity/Level of Performance gives sufficient information needed, e.g., "enrolled since grade 1. Have trained, competed, performed with them since at an advanced level" gives all details necessary for any competent person to judge the meaning, impact of this activity.

Thanks for the response, but I meant something else. You know how for each activity you list on your main page, you can click and go the "Details completed". I thought Ottawa is the only school that requires a Detailed Autobiographical Sketch, so I just wanted to know if other schools even look at the details we fill in or do they just look at the main page with a few words of activity description and date.

I know what you're asking--I think some of the schools look at it (Queen's) and perhaps some ignore it. It's sent to all the schools...not sure how much weighting is given for it, but it's worth the while to fill out ;)

So how is ottawa's detailed autobio differ from other schools? Other than the fact ottawa only looks at the activities post high school?
