Calculating hours for conference

Hi,

 

If you attended a conference for a week in a different country...how would you list the number of hours involved? Would you include each day as 24 hours?

Either: x full days or

z hours over one week Sex Conference in UK

 

z = total no. of hours involved per day incl travel time, e.g.,

if conference was 6 hours/day, but there were lunches, dinners

with participants, I wouldincl this time, but not preparing for

bed/rising, not sleep time, not breakfast alone, not leisure time,

etc.

I would put down the number of hours actually in the conference. Like if it was a three day conference and each day was 8 hours long then I would put down 24 hours.
