mel_c Posted September 17, 2009 Report Posted September 17, 2009 In the instructions on omsas it says "Please note: Items that can be verified by consulting official documentation (e.g., formal education, awards) do not require verifiers. Applicants can indicate "documentation available" in lieu of verifier information, or leave the verifier information fields blank." However... the form will not allow me to leave the verifier # box blank - what is supposed to go here? ...and where are you supposed to write "documentation available"? Thanks!

They make this whole process so easy to comprehend! (not) What I did, was I got my registrar to be the verifier for my awards that go on the transcript, i.e. distinctions. AND, I had my financial aid office be the verifier for my scholarships. So even with any documentation, it's best to have a verifier. Good luck. May the force be with us
HBP Posted September 17, 2009 Report Posted September 17, 2009 I put myself as a verifier, in comments I put DOCUMENTATION
strawberriHoney Posted September 17, 2009 Report Posted September 17, 2009 I emailed OMSAS... they said if activity doesn't require a verifier, put 0 in the verifier number box...
polarb Posted September 20, 2009 Report Posted September 20, 2009 If you put a ZERO in the verifier box, where do you put that documentation is available?
