DAT dates and application cycle?

I apologize if this sounds like a dumb question but can I submit my application for 2014 class this year and then write DAT in February of 2010? Or admissions rolling based?

It depends on which school you're applying to. Each school has different dates at which they need the DAT scores recieved by. Usually the november DAT scores are out by late december. For a lot of Canadian schools, the february DAT is to late. For American schools I think you need DAT scores for your intital application so Feb should be good if your putting your applications out next summer.

I don't think you can do that for Canadian schools, but for American schools, you definitely can (i.e. you can write the DAT after you apply).
