Depends on who you are, really. A lot of the scenarios may be helpful to some people. It's a good ethical review.

The 60 bucks is definitely worth it. I read 80% of it before my interiew. The cases, as cnussey, mentioned are the meat of the sandwich.

It's good for ethical principles as they're practiced in medicine but it doesn't really introduce a good framework to go through novel scenarios... it's more concerned with rules and guidelines I found.

 

I'd read it, but make sure you have some sort of a framework to handle new problems where you realize all the major ethical considerations involved, not just the ones relevant to the technically correct decision.
