Law school to med school?

Hello, has anyone had any experiences or know of someone who was in law school who has switched over to med school? I'm curious if this is even a possibility since both are competitive programs and I'm not sure if med schools frown upon a student bailing out on law halfway to go into med. I only ask because this is the current path that I will be taking.

Many have gone this route, some on the forum. There are lawyers who have switched or are switching. Check the search function. There is no reason to frown upon this.

 

BTW, depending u pon how far you are along your journey, it may pay to obtain your law degree, even writie the Bars, not just to have another profession behind you, but having both opens all kinds of doors, e.g., law and med is better than med & M.B.A., you will have insights others wouldn't have, if you eventually are Director of a hospital, you would have the administrative, legal and medical perspective. Good luck in your journey and switching is not loked down upon.
