Lezesh
Just wondering for those who took it. Do you think it was a good buy? Definitely increased the MCAT grades you would have gotten having not taken it? Thanks in advance.
supafield
Check the MCAT subforum and search Kaplan... for starters http://premed101.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40892&highlight=kaplan http://premed101.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40623&highlight=kaplan http://www.premed101.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18183&highlight=prep+course http://www.premed101.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19490&highlight=prep+course http://www.premed101.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19025&highlight=prep+course
Prothrombin
It depends on you. Some people who aren't as motiviated and/or don't have good time management skills may like the course because its more formal than reading a book and forces you to go (why pay $2000 to not show up?). BUT, and I emphasize BUT, you can learn all you need to know by buying the set of Kaplan MCAT study guides and pairing them with EK books, practice tests, your textbooks and good time management skills. You don't have to take the course to do well.
