doc2B Posted April 15, 2010 Report Share Posted April 15, 2010 If any males are interested in a great volunteer opportunity the Trauma Association of Canada is holding their annual meeting in Halifax and they are having a Trauma ultrasound course in conjunction with this meeting. It is on May 5th at the Bethune building of the VG hospital. They are looking for male ultrasound models (i.e. the doctors taking the course will perform ultrasounds on you). Snacks and lunch are provided. They are looking for males in particular because they have to expose the chest for this particular ultrasound technique. You'd meet a lot of emergency doctors and trauma surgeons and learn about ultrasound. If you are interested please message me asap and I will send you the contact information for the organizer.
