Vivid03
So up until today I thought you only needed one semester hour of the prerequisites to be able to go to medical school. After looking at Mcgill I noticed you need 6 credit hours of the three main sciences and 3 of Org. Anyways just wondering is this standard for most schools (the credit hours)? Also the max course load at my school is 5 classes a semester if I take 4 a semester for the first year (that is the minimum to be considered a full time student) will I be looked down upon by other Universities? I don't want to overload on all the possible work and just want to focus on my prerequisites before focusing on getting a business degree. Thanks

Each medschool has their own requirements. Some do not require you to have all the three sciences. But usually when they say general chemistry is a requirement, they mean a full year course or equivalent.
