hugahaiger Posted June 3, 2010 Report Share Posted June 3, 2010 yes, they will. you need to make an appointment with the doctor there and bring your immunization records. they'll also do the tb test but it costs $30. edit: sorry, i thought you were asking about the u of t health clinic, which is where i went to get my form taken care of.
