Physics

How well do you think your problem solving abilities are? Physics is all about problem solving and manipulating equations to find the unknown value. MCAT also tests conceptual stuff as well but I find majority of the physics section is finding certain values. If you think you have good problem solving skills, than the MCAT course should suffice.

If you took physics in high school, you'll be fine with a prep book. I highly recommend Nova Physics

I would strongly recommend that you take a physics course first (at school or university). That way, you can take it step by step instead of trying to learn it all with just a prep course. Once you have background in physics, you could use the prep course to work on hard sections like verbal. That's my 2 cents anyway.
