Which Residence to Pick?

Recommended Posts

I'm thinking of living in Residence starting in the fall and I have identified the following list as possible places to live:

East Campus Village

Graduate Residence

HUB

International House

Newton Place

Any suggestions?

I never lived in rez at the UofA, but unless you love the smell of grease in the morning, I'd stay away from HUB. Just my 2c though!

I lived in hub for 2 years, this is entirely inaccurate. That said, hub is still a total piece of ****

go for windsor park plaza with a room mate, HUB is a straight up **** hole, ECV is the same price as windsor and, while ok, can't even compare to having a pool, rec centre, gym, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms etc.

newton may be ok if you want to save some money, but it's not as nice as windsor and doesn't have the extra amenities
