Ref Letter

Does western EVER look at your reference letters either before or after interview? From the looks of it they do not....so is it still necessary to send the three reference letters?

Yes, it is necessary to submit the letters, but as far as we know they are never used. (They might be a "red flag" or something - but we don't have any clear evidence to support this). In Western's admissions guidelines they state somewhere that GPA, MCAT, and the interview are the factors considered for admission, so we can be pretty confident that reference letters aren't read.
