Hi guys. Since I won't be able to complete my applications until late September, I've narrowed down my options to schools that have later deadlines. I'm not familiar with American schools, so please help me rank them (if possible, along with the source/reason).

What about in terms of the reputation/quality of education of the school?

Almost irrelevant as your Step 1 score will matter far more than any perceived minor difference in the quality of the schools. (as for actual teaching, there's no way anyone could judge that without having been to all three schools ... though you could try tracking down their average Step 1 scores)

I agree that it would be pretty useless to try to gauge which is "better" when they are really similar. But, if you care about rankings, I believe that its

St Louis, GW, then Wayne.
