rtabeshi
I am getting my application ready for this coming cycle and I have a volunteer experience at a day camp for kids. This experience falls under two NAQ application categories: Leadership and Capacity to Work with Others. I am wondering which to put it under. I already have another volunteer experience under Capacity to Work with Others but I don't have any Leadership experiences. I am wondering if anyone has any thoughts as to which category I should put this experience under in order to strengthen my application. Thanks for the help
Hushwawa
Since you don't have any under leadership, then put it there, if you can make a statemnet about how you worked with others, then put that in too. But I'd say put it under Leadership
Hushwawa
Sorry to take so long... That's a tricky one. I would put it under the one you have nothing for. The small amount of hours under capacity to work with others is still worth marks, if you leave leadership blank, then you'll get nothing for that section. I say put it in the category where you have the least experiences and/or the least amount of hours (if you have an equal number of experiece in both).
