metukah
I just wanted to clarify: if you have one year of grad school, with at least 0.5 credit completed, UofC can count this year as one of your 2 best? ie. if you have a 3.85 in your 4th UG year and 4.0 in your first MSc. year, those 2 will be considered? Thanks.
sparkles3288
I'd like to know this as well, except I have 2 courses (so 1.0 FCE) in grad school.
LupeFiasco
If you want a quick and accurate answer why not just call the admissions office. They'll be happy to help.
sparkles3288
Thats a good point. I'm also a 30 second walk away from the office too.....haha.
bloh
I think they do but really it won't help you at all. They'll still calculate your entire GPA and if your best 2 undergrad years aren't over the extremely low cutoff then you really don't stand a chance. sparkles3288
Well obviously..but how would it play into the GPA? Does it count as one FCE or a full year (as some schools do) or do they not tell us?
bloh
I believe they count it on the same basis as an undergraduate course. So a course lasting 1 semester in grad school = course lasting 1 semester in undergrad. That's how mine was calculated I believe, otherwise my GPA would have been much higher. metukah
it counts as a full year. It says so in the Q & A section on their website yeah, i read that...just wanted to confirm... it seemed too good to be true. i have 2 UG years that are high and above cutoffs, but the grad year is higher than one of the 2 UG, thats why I asked.
