auberginedreams
So I looked on U of M's website and other threads on this forum and I couldn't find the answer to my question. I apologize if it has already been asked. For the referee letters, do our referees have to fill out a form, or write a letter, or a combination of the two? I remember looking at the documents last year when they were posted, but I can't remember. I'm asking because I'm trying to decide who to use as my referees, and my boss at the place where I have worked for the last 5 years would give me a great reference, except English is his second language (Greek is his first). If he just has to fill out a form I think he would be fine. It's just writing a letter that might be a problem. If anyone can enlighten me, that would be awesome! Thanks. jetsandmed11
They answer 8 questions and then rate aspects of you on the likert scale (1 to 5). Your boss will be fine, unless you think he might say the opposite of what he means.
auberginedreams
Sweet, thanks for the info! (Of course, literally 5 minutes after I posted I found the answer myself in the application information bulletin. Yikes, I think my brain is still on summer vacation.)
