Sorry quick question:

I'm in undergrad but I completed a summer course at another university on a letter of permission. Do I need to put in this other university in the "formal education" portion of the Ottawa app? If I do, it asks me for level of education, and my answer is none of those options. I can't press save without answering that question.

I assume you submitted a transcript for the summer course.

 

If you are unable to complete the Formal Education portion, then I would leave it out of that section and submit a letter to OMSAS and U/O explaining this. I cannot imagine it will be a big deal and all bases will have been covered.

I didn't put my part-time distance ed under the Ottawa prepared me for medical studies section. I just put my degree.
