Activities - age?

Is there a minimum age for the activities reported? ie. > 16? Or does it not matter? Thanks!

i was just wondering how many of the 30 activities you guys were able to fill? i only managed to get 26. which is strange, b/c on the OMSAS sketch i filled out all 48. i found with U of C's app there's no spot to really put research experience.

Yes there is space for research. Definitely put that.

i put down paid research as employment. but what about things like scientific presentations?

Would non-paid research go under "other"? What if one did an individual research course where he helped a prof with his research and did a few papers as part of it? Does that count as research? It is already on my transcript as well.

just an fyi and i'm sure it's been brought up in other treads, but it's really not all about the #. 30 random activities that u did for 3 hours each looks a lot more like cv-padding than what the actual ec portion of the application is trying to assess
