colbert2011
Hi, Two of my referees have mailed out letters of reference to CARMS, 1 week and 3 weeks ago, respectively. However, the "document tracking" section of my AWS show that these documents have not been processed. However, the letters of reference completed electronically show up as processed. Is this how CARMS operates? Do they scan all the relevant documents around the milestone date if they are submitted via regular snail mail? I just want to make sure the letters haven't been misplaced or not received by CARMS. Thanks in advance!
JJ1985
My referee reports that went in by mail have been uploaded. Mine having been taking about 9 days to get uploaded.
The Bunny
Mine took 5 days to process but that was in the last week of September. I am guessing as time goes by processing of all documents will take longer.
colbert2011
Thanks for the replies guys, looks like I'll have to check with my referees :-/ The reference letters would've been mailed out in mid or at the end of the September. liszt
Things still seem to be efficient. Two documents of mine were received by them on Friday, and processed early this morning. Assuming they didn't work over the long weekend, that's pretty good.
colbert2011
Thanks for the input. As it turns out some of referees did not submit the cover sheet with the letter. So I'm in the process of rectifying that.
