If accepted into med after your 3rd year of a 4-year degree, can you graduate?

Hypothetically, if someone got into med school after their 3rd year of a 4-year program, would they be able to graduate with a 3-year degree, assuming they've met all the requirements of a 3-year degree? Or would it be too late in the year to apply to graduate and switch your program?

i'm pretty sure some schools give us a bachelors of health sciences as said above, if it's really important to you you can take spring summer courses the summer (max 6 per spring/summer on a course overload) before med, after 1st year or second year med and get your degree. i took a course overload the spring/summer before med to get my degree.
